Meet the RIGA Team: Introducing Our Exceptional General Manager

For this month’s “Meet the RIGA Team”, let us introduce our exceptional General Manager, Justin Beamish. Justin has been with the Real Innovation Group for a few months and is known by his nickname JB.

Justin comes from a background in financial services and has owned and operated many businesses. If he were to describe his role at RIGA in 5 words or less, it would be risk management for cyber breaches. Justin enjoys the fast-paced environment of the office and loves that he is genuinely helping businesses. Justin is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and is a people person.

Before joining RIGA, one of the most interesting jobs Justin enjoyed was working as a deckhand in Queensland, where he would sail around the Whitsundays, helping people learn to sail & fish. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his daughter and playing golf. He also loves his football and barracks for Carlton. If Carlton wins, there is nothing that can bring his mood down, especially against Collingwood.

When asked what one of his favourite quotes was, Justin responded, “If there is no food in the fridge, don’t paint the house- the best quote Chopper Read ever said.”

Over the past month, one thing that Justin has learned is that life does not stand still. He is always moving forward, continually learning and looking toward the future.

Justin is travelling to Sri Lanka in November, thanks to one of our office neighbours who encouraged him to impromptu book a trip after Justin explained he had always wanted to go. He can’t wait and is looking forward to adventuring through the country, seeing the culture and meeting the people.
