Meet the RIGA Team: Introducing Our Technical Superstar

Get ready to meet the incredible members of our team. Each month, we’ll introduce you to someone who makes our organisation shine.

This month we are getting up close and personal with our technical superstar, Matthew Condy!

Matt has been with Real Innovation Group for over two years as one of our IT experts. But his job isn’t just limited to helping with our client’s technical issues; Matt also helps with HR, client communications and new business.

His tagline around the office is I FIX because of his outstanding technical ability and passion for helping people and making positive changes through RIGA for our clients.

Throughout his university degree, Matt built race simulators for the likes of Scott McLaughlin, Ferrari, and Pirelli before beginning his career in IT. He also has a certification in rockets, which essentially makes him a rocket scientist.

Matt is extremely passionate about helping people and making a difference in his community. We recently wrote about Matt’s fantastic volunteer efforts (read here), highlighting a few of his most recent volunteer efforts. Currently, Matt is undergoing training to volunteer with Shepperton Search and Rescue, which provides SES services.

Apart from volunteering, Matt spends his free time playing field hockey and racing slot cars. He is also a big Greater Western Sydney Giants fan.

After coming back from the RIGA retreat in Thailand, Matt’s next ideal travel destination is Korea to have authentic Korean BBQ.
